Now you can apply flat online! 上網申請組屋！

To all Penang people, now you can apply for low and low-medium cost flat online.
Just go to http://erumah.penang.gov.my and you can click the button "Pendaftaran/Semakan (KP/Status)" on the left hand side to check your eligibility. Key in your IC number and you will know whether you are eligible to apply or not.

檳州政府推介由州秘書署房屋部開發的電子房屋登記系統（e-Rumah），方便民眾隨時上網申請人民組屋、廉價屋或中廉價屋。

使用上述系統，中廉價屋和人民組屋的申請程序將變得更簡易。申請者只需上網，就可申請人民組屋、廉價屋及中廉價屋，而無須親臨柜台提出申請。相信這系統在幫助廣大的檳州人民實現“居者有其屋”的目標，將發揮強大的效力。
